Description |
Reiki is a gentle touch therapy which directs energy into the body to optimize the energetic flow through out the system and rectify imbalances in mental, emotional and physical health. To receive a treatment, you lie down on a therapy couch, fully clothed. Then using a very gentle hands on touch I work down the body, starting at the head and finishing at the feet. As the treatment progresses you will begin to feel more and more relaxed. |
