My background training history includes Ballet, Modern Dance, Dance Kinesiology, Martial Arts (Wing Chun, Aikido, & Tai jutsu), Hatha Yoga & SYT, Anthropology, Kundalini & Imara Reiki, and NLP. |

I am an Usui Reiki Teacher/Trainer and have been practicing Usui Reiki for the past 6 years of my life. I am formally trained in the traditional japanese techniques of the original Usui System & the Takata method of Palm Healing (Tenohira). I work from a local clinic (Clinic One Ltd) and offer private individual treatments and Usui Reiki Training Seminars for groups in the Sheffield Area. I am willing to travel if it is required.
