Reiki is a powerful way of promoting emotional and physical harmony. The practitioner simply places their hands in a series of positions over or on your body, to transmit the energy. This energy is thought to work at an atomic level, boosting the rate at which your molecules vibrate. The energy at which your body vibrates is thought to be low when you are under stress or experiencing physical or emotional illness. Put simply, Reiki helps to speed up your vibrational rate to help your body heal faster.
Unlike Western medicine, which tends to focus on the symptoms of a disease, Reiki gets to work on the causes. Its intuitive, so Reiki can target the imbalance without the practitioner even having to ask whats wrong.
