Every persons body tells a story. Sometimes, you know what affects you & sometimes, you have no idea of the impact of day-to-day tasks & situations. I tailor your treatment to suit you, by way of consultation & analyzing your posture. If you have any conditions that are of concern, this will be discussed to assess whether a particular therapy can be applied to you. I use traditional massage techniques & apply them to suit the area of the body that requires them. My pressure ranges from deep tissue massage through to light & relaxing & I gauge this by asking you what feels best. Treatments include: Swedish Massage Thai Foot Indian Head Hot Stone Therapy (therapy room only), Manual Lymphatic Drainage Seated Acupressure.
