Evidence-Based & Deeply Human

Welcome to TZ! Are you curious whether counseling is something for you? It can be difficult to take the first step because we often feel the need to seek help when we are the most vulnerable. Life is full of peaks and valleys and we all struggle at times, but you do not have to go through the difficulties alone. Have a look around and reach out when you are ready.

About me

Hi, my name is Gitte, I am from Scandinavia originally and have lived, over half my life now, as an expat in various countries. I offer psycho-social support and counseling to adult expats and travelers from around the world. I have counseled individuals, couples and groups from all over the world for almost two decades now and it is such a privilege. With curiosity, constant learning, and plenty of life lessons on my own journey, I continue to grow and expand just like my clients. If you want to know more about my practice click below, and I look forward to meeting you, when you are ready.
